TRAB overturned China Trademark Office's decision

We are pleased to receive the Decision made by the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board (TRAB) in China, which overturned China Trademark Office (CTMO)'s decision of refusing our Australian client's trademark application in China, and the registration of our client's trademark has been approved. A long-time and arduous effort made by us has finally paid off!
